By creating an account or using Cards Inventory ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Terms Version date shown on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid subscriptions (Basic and Premium) are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Free trials and promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed at signup. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of collection data you enter. You grant us a license to store, display, and process that data to operate the Service.

You must not upload unlawful content or attempt to access other users' private data.

Checklist and card data on Cards Inventory is community-curated and may contain errors or omissions. We are not affiliated with any card manufacturer, league, or player association.

Official product checklists from manufacturers should be treated as the authoritative source when accuracy matters.

Cards Inventory offers experimental artificial intelligence features, including but not limited to: AI parallels discovery, market trend signals, Ask AI search, price insight analysis, top rookie rankings, and card scanning. These features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI output, including parallels lists, buy/sell/hold signals, price predictions, trade suggestions, or natural-language answers.

AI features are not financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. Cards Inventory is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any card or other asset.

You are solely responsible for verifying information before making collecting, buying, selling, or trading decisions. Always consult official checklists, receipts, graded cert numbers, and trusted market sources.

Cards Inventory, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any errors, omissions, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including incorrect parallels, mispriced cards, or flawed market signals.

Market signals and trend indicators are refreshed on a weekly schedule (not real-time). Daily price averages may update separately and do not imply real-time market accuracy.

By using AI features, you acknowledge their experimental nature and agree to use them at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cards Inventory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars if you have not paid anything.
